Structurally, this framework integrates Occupational Safety Management ( OSM) and Process Safety Management ( PSM) systems, continuously reinforcing operational safety and health risks control through systematic risk identification and mitigation mechanisms. With the core management objective of reducing occupational accident risks and the long-term vision of "Zero Incidents", we are committed to fostering a safe, healthy, and inclusive workplace that safeguards employee well-being and ensures business continuity. Recognizing that inherent operational and environmental risks persist in practice, we continuously control and mitigate these risks through rigorous system reviews and continuous improvement mechanisms.
LCY has established Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems (OSHMS ) across all operating sites in Taiwan and China, fully adopting the ISO 45001 Standard with third-party certification. In accordance with local regulatory requirements, the Baytown plant ( US ) Sarnia plant ( Canada ) have established management regulations and standard operating procedures, implementing rigorous internal and external audit mechanisms to ensure the effectiveness of OHS performance and operational resilience.
