We partner with designated medical facilities to provide health assessment services that exceed regulatory standards. These assessments are tailored to specific job functions and ensure that employees have a thorough understanding of their physical well-being. By reviewing employee accident reports and medical histories, we systematically review the appropriateness of work assignments and actively work to minimize the likelihood of illness.


In terms of safety and risks, we rely on Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) and Process Safety Management (PSM) as the two pillars for ensuring workplace safety. Our goal is to continue to reduce occupational incidence rates. LCY has established an Occupational Safety and Health Committee at all operating sites to fully implement safety management, prevent work-related illnesses, and promote healthy living to fulfill our commitment to the well-being of our employees.
