The Procurement Division is tasked with coordinating the annual supply chain audit for major suppliers. The determination of major suppliers is a collaborative effort involving the factory, quality control section, and procurement, considering the feedstock used throughout the year. All feedstock suppliers for medical-grade products fall under the category of major suppliers.

The audit, assessing the five aspects of supply chain management, is conducted by the factory, quality control section, and procurement. In the event of significant deficiencies, immediate improvements are mandated from the supplier, closely monitored and tracked by LCY. No further procurement is allowed until the necessary improvements are implemented.

We also aim to encourage suppliers to obtain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications to improve the quality of overall supply chain management.
