Resume Submission

Submit your resume to the appropriate position, and we will promptly review and process your application upon receipt 

Screening

We'll conduct an initial review of your skill sets, education, work history, and professional credentials. If you successfully pass this screening, we'll reach out to you via phone or mail to schedule an interview. Please note that you will not receive a notification if we don't currently have a suitable position for you.

Interview

Please bring relevant documents to the interview (personal statement, resume, diploma, transcript, head shot).


You will be notified of the interview results either by phone or by mail.

Job Offer

You will be notified by phone if you receive an offer. Additionally, a formal offer letter will be sent to you by mail with the necessary documentation for onboarding.

FAQ

What should I bring to an interview?

Kindly bring the following documents to your interview: a two-inch head shot, a personal statement, the diploma of your highest academic degree, and a transcript. For candidates with a master's degree, please also provide a copy of the college diploma & transcript. If you are currently attending school, please bring a copy of your student ID and current transcript. Additionally, bring any other relevant materials such as certifications, licenses, dissertations, portfolio, or any supporting documents related to your qualifications.

Am I required to submit English language certifications and/or other professional certifications?

English language certifications and/or other professional certifications are certainly a plus. Meanwhile, certain positions require professional certifications; an instruments and electronics engineer must submit a Level B Certificate for Interior Wiring Work, while an EHS staff must have a relevant EHS license.

How soon after applying will I be contacted for an interview?

All eligible resumes are submitted to the appropriate managers for review within two weeks. Successful candidates will receive interview invitations within one month of resume submission. Candidates who do not receive an interview invitation will not be notified.

Will there be a test administered on the day of the interview?

What's the best way to get to the interview location?

請參考面談邀請函中的面談地址或地圖,並請準時至面談地點應試。

When will I be notified of the interview results?

面談結束後,大約兩周後會有面談結果,如有錄取會接到電話通知;如無錄取會接到電子郵件通知。如果面談主管有第二次面談的需求,將另行電話通知。

Does LCY offer development training?

我們配合職能體系建立起完整的教育訓練架構,規劃適當的新人訓練、專業訓練、各階管理訓練、環安相關訓練及企業理念課程,透過實體或是e-learning的方式,提供同仁全方位的培育,讓每位員工都能在專業職能上不斷提升,找到自己能力發揮的舞台,與公司一起建構中長期的職能及生涯發展規劃。且公司目前已開設許多訓練課程,如六標準差、專案管理、內部稽核等課程。

Does LCY provide dormitories/corporate housing?

公司有配置宿舍,但數量有限,並需依宿舍管理辦法申請。

Will there be expatriate or rotational opportunities?

公司會針對每位員工之特質,安排最適合的職務與訓練,以期使同仁與公司一同發展,且會給有潛力之同仁有海內外輪調機會。
