Additionally, since the customer was new to MBR processes, the introduction of new equipment brought additional learning requirements in areas such as biomass acclimation, equipment operation, and day-to-day system management.

Upon site deployment, the technical team conducted an in-depth analysis of on-site conditions and existing operations to identify system issues and define improvement priorities.
Taking into account available plant space and the difficulty of replacing existing infrastructure, LCY provided customized equipment designed and sized to suit the site conditions — allowing the customer to complete the system upgrade without significant modifications to existing facilities.
LCY’s team also conducted multiple rounds of on-site education and training and technical support, covering biomass acclimation, equipment operation, and routine management to progressively build standardized operating procedures. This enabled the customer to more effectively realize the full performance potential of the system.

The original engineering estimate had targeted a discharge standard of COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) ≤ 300 mg/L; following implementation of LCY’s technology, actual results achieved COD < 20 mg/L and SS (Suspended Solids) < 1 mg/L — far exceeding initial projections.
