Homopolymer

Homopolymer is a type of polypropylene that consists solely of propylene in the polymer chain. As a semi-crystalline polymer, it exhibits excellent mechanical properties such as high rigidity, high tensile strength, and good thermal deformation resistance due to its high crystallinity. Additionally, its good melt flow and high crystallization temperature contribute to a shorter molding cycle time.

Homopolymer is widely used in injection molding and yarn extrusion for the manufacturing of appliances, plastic bags, and other disposable packaging.
