PCMA (Polypropylene Composite Materials and Alloys) is a specially formulated polypropylene-based material, available in six types:

PCMA offers respectively high impact resistance, excellent flexural strength, superior mechanical properties, good electrical insulation, and resistance to various organic solvents and acid-base corrosion. Processable on standard thermoplastic molding machines without requiring specialized equipment, making it a cost-effective solution.

Application Scope

Mineral Filled, GE Reinforced, and Impact Modified are widely used in automotive parts, such as lamp sockets, bumpers, interior trim, motorcycle body shells, motorcycle storage boxes, and ATV body shells.

Mineral Filled, Styrene-Based, GE Reinforced, Impact Modified, Flame Retarded, and Specialty Grades are widely used in household appliances, power tools, sports equipment, heavy-duty cabinets, and cosmetic packaging.

Mineral Filled and Flame Retarded are widely used in terminals, charging piles, battery casings, and automotive wiring harness protectors.
