Polypropylene Composite Materials and Alloys (PCMA) is a specially formulated modified polypropylene (PP) material, available in six types:

Impact-modified polypropylene
Glass fiber-reinforced polypropylene
Styrene-based polypropylene
Mineral-filled polypropylene
Flame-retarded polypropylene

PCMA is a polypropylene (PP) compound that offers respectively high impact resistance, excellent flexural strength, superior mechanical properties, good electrical insulation, and resistance to various organic solvents and acid-base corrosion. Processable on standard thermoplastic molding machines without requiring specialized equipment, PCMA is a cost-effective solution.

Polypropylene Composite Materials and Alloys (PCMA) Applications

Mineral-filled, glass fiber-reinforced, and impact polypropylene are widely used in automotive parts, such as lamp sockets, bumpers, interior trim, motorcycle body shells, motorcycle storage boxes, and ATV body shells.

Specialty grades, styrene-based, impact-modified, flame retarded, mineral-filled, and glass fiber-reinforced PP, are widely used in household appliances, power tools, sports equipment, heavy-duty cabinets, and cosmetic packaging.

Flame-retarded and mineral-filled polypropylene are widely used in terminals, charging piles, battery casings, and automotive wiring harness protectors.
