ESBR (Emulsion Styrene-Butadiene Rubber) is widely used in rubber products such as tires, conveyor belts, shoe soles and rubber hoses. It has excellent stability, easy processability, excellent wear resistance, heat aging resistance, water resistance, and excellent air tightness. The product meets the requirements of German GS certification for PAHs and the European Union Directive 2005/69/EC on PAHs. LCY is a trusted supplier of ESBR to major global tire brands and conveyor belt factories.
Styrene Butadiene Rubber
Features and Benefits
- Excellent wear resistance
- Good physical properties and processability
- Iron box packaging for easy for loading and unloading
- High product stability, with a Cpk value of ≥ 1.33 for the finished product
Application Scope
Produced by low-temperature emulsion polymerization technology, meets the requirements of German GS certification for PAHs and uses environmentally friendly filling oil as required by the EU's REACH directive. The product exhibits stable and uniform performance, excellent processability, low heat generation, good low-temperature flexural property, and excellent abrasion and tear resistance. It can be used in the production of high-performance tires.
Produced by low-temperature emulsion polymerization technology, meets the requirements of German GS certification for PAHs and uses environmentally friendly filling oil as required by the EU's REACH directive. The product exhibits stable and uniform performance, high molecular weight, excellent wear resistance, and ease of compounding. By compounding with anti-aging agents, it can exhibit excellent resistance to heat aging and ozone aging, making it suitable for the production of heavy-duty conveyor belts used in harsh environments such as mines and harbors.
