1. Dipentaerythritol:Lubricant for Precision Machinery

Dipentaerythritol have low volatility and anti-wear properties, which can significantly save energy. They also have excellent adaptability to both high and low temperatures, leading to application in the aviation industry.

2. Dipentaerythritol:UV Curing Resins

UV curing resins are made from dipentaerythritol, with a wide range of applications in a variety of industries.

UV curing resins can be used to keep fine components in place when used by the electronics and semiconductor industries. When used by the printing industry, it can very effectively adhere to the products while drying quickly to increase printing efficiency.

3. Pentaerythritol:Antioxidant for Industrial rubber and plastic derivatives

Antioxidants are additives that are primarily used to inhibit oxidation in cells or organisms. Oxidation can produce highly active free radicals, while antioxidants can effectively inhibit oxidation through neutralizing free radicals as a part of the reduction-oxidation reaction (Redox) process.

When used by the tire and rubber industry, antioxidant can inhibit the oxidation of macromolecules to prevent rubber and plastic derivatives cracking and prolong service life.

4. Pentaerythritol & Dipentaerythritol:Alkyd Resin for Metal and Plastic Coating

Alkyd resins (paint) are derived from the complexation between polyols, organic polyacids and vegetable oils.

Alkyd resin application spans from everyday products to high-tech industries. For example, large furniture is sprayed with alkyd resin coating before being shipped out of the factory; the coating forms a hard glossy finish which protects the furniture from scratching.
